Alliances

Every person should join an alliance as soon as possible the amount of help you get and extra resources is well worth it. It is hard to find the right alliance sometimes so don’t get attached to the first one you find and give them undying loyalty see if you mesh with the other players and leaders. If you get along well then great if not don’t be afraid to leave. My suggestion is always be respectful and let the alliance leader know ahead of time if they are good they will respect you for it. No reason to burn bridges so early in the game and you don’t want to bring that baggage of a messy breakup to a new alliance.

Some people aren’t happy with just joining an alliance and want to lead one instead (thankfully there are these people otherwise there would be no alliances). If you choose to start your own alliance the best advice i can give is find people you play well with and communicate well with and make them your co leaders (R4). Not everyone is cut out to be an R4 and yes there can be to many. Remember R4s represent the alliance when the leader is away so pick people who will represent it well. Next suggestion is to make friends. it never hurts to have friends in different alliances as allies, familes, and NAP’s (Non Aggression Pact)are very common things. This is true for all levels of alliance members.

When you have joined an alliance it is your responsibility as a member to help the alliance as much as you can. When you log on you should always be donating to the alliance tech. You should help with events as much as possible not only for the rewards but because it benefits your entire alliance. When attacked help to defend and when rallies are happening be willing to join. these things will make you a valuable asset to the team and raise your status in the alliance. If you have an interest in becoming a co leader at some point let your alliance leader know but don’t pester them and then show that your willing to help and eventually it should happen.

Alliance tech is super important and to me the first things alliances should research are member capacity, Timer help duration, and hospital capacity. Here is my reasoning. Member capacity with more members your will have more on at a time which will help with events and with helping on timer helps and rallies. Timer help Duration is clear cut the better this is the more time is taken off of your builds and research when a alliance member helps you. Lastly hospital capacity this is super important especially in a fighting state everyone needs a bigger hospital to hold their wounded.

One of the most important things for alliances to know is there is no shame in merging it happens all the time. If you are in a smaller alliance and struggling to find enough active players you need to merge with other alliances to build a bigger one. to many small alliances die because the leaders don’t want to give up being leader and so they don’t merge and end up killing their alliance. DON’T BE THAT LEADER! your alliance members should always come first.

Please as always if you have any questions or i didn’t answer something or if i have something wrong let me know.
